 This online experience offers opportunities perhaps impossible were sessions only face to face. In my experience since the Covid pandemic, the flexibilty of online therapy has proved popular for clients and is often preferred. Research and my own online work have born out the efficacy of these sessions. 

It is important to ensure our sessions take place in a comfortable, confidential and private space for you. I will maintain such and ask that you too are clear the space you have allows you such privacy.

Sessions will be conducted through the Zoom platform.

A session lasts 50 mins.

Bank transfer only 48 hrs, in advance of session.

At least 48 hours cancellation notice must be given by email before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged for your session.

Fees: 

50 min. Individual introductory session from £80 / €96.

60 min. Couples introductory session from £110 / €132.

Lower Cost Therapy:

Professional or Grassroot Rugby players, EQUITY performers, NASUWT teachers, NSPC students, and "Existential Movement" members. 

English speaking clients. Sessions 7 days a week beginning on the hour.
